Look back into 2021, 2 years after I started mobile detailing. We’ve come a long ways since then. When I first started we were called “Coco Mobile Detail”.
In 2018 I was first introduced to the detailing world by working a drive through car wash. I was a labor. My job was to wipe down the outside, vacuum, wipe down interior panels. The responsibility there was do as many cars, as fast as possible.
In 2019, my dad and I went halves on my first detail trailer. It was an 7x9 Lowe’s trailer that came fully loaded with everything I needed to get started. I decided to start off by charging $25 for inside and out. The last couple of months was slow I maybe did 1-5 cars per month.
In 2020 is when we really started to get some new customers. This is when COVID came into the picture. I lost my job working for the car was so I had to figure out how to make ends meet. Luckily it worked in our favor because all the car washes were closed and no one wanted to go anywhere.
In 2021, we hit a major road block. My truck got t-boned out of state and I was put out of business for several months. I graduated high school and started working full time as a home inspector.
In 2022, I decided I needed to go back to what I truly love to do the most. Which is detailing. I bought all the best products on the market and decided to take a different route. Instead of being the cheapest in the valley I wanted to strive to be the best. I decided I’m going to do more than expected and let the customer get more value for their dollar.
In 2023, we really started to gain more traction we did more ceramic coating, more rvs then ever before. We became a legit buisness and met some amazing people that have stuck with us to this day.
Now 2024, this year we are striving to offer the best work possible. Our goal is to make as many people truly happy with their cars.
